SV	Het geschiedde nu na dezen, dat David de Filistijnen sloeg, en hen ten onderbracht; en hij nam Gath, en haar onderhorige plaatsen, uit der Filistijnen hand.
WLC	וַיְהִי֙ אַחֲרֵי־כֵ֔ן וַיַּ֥ךְ דָּוִ֛יד אֶת־פְּלִשְׁתִּ֖ים וַיַּכְנִיעֵ֑ם וַיִּקַּ֛ח אֶת־גַּ֥ת וּבְנֹתֶ֖יהָ מִיַּ֥ד פְּלִשְׁתִּֽים׃
Trans.	wayəhî ’^aḥărê-ḵēn wayyaḵə dāwîḏ ’eṯ-pəlišətîm wayyaḵənî‘ēm wayyiqq^aḥ ’eṯ-gaṯ ûḇənōṯeyhā mîyaḏ pəlišətîm:

AC	א ויהי אחרי כן ויך דויד את פלשתים ויכניעם ויקח את גת ובנתיה מיד פלשתים
ASV	And after this it came to pass, that David smote the Philistines, and subdued them, and took Gath and its towns out of the hand of the Philistines.
BE	And it came about after this that David made an attack on the Philistines and overcame them, and took Gath with its daughter-towns out of the hands of the Philistines.
